ER's all about netball
First the rules...
There are many rules in netball and they've recently added new ones and adjusted others.
The main rules are:
()Footwork, you must have one foot (your landing foot) 'stuck' on the ground when your holding the ball.
()3ft away, when marking your player you must be at least 3ft away from them when they've got the ball.
()Replayed ball, you may not bounce the ball to get it under control so you can catch it, however you may bouce the ball to someone else (bounce pass)
